Offering an outdoor swimming pool and a terrace, the 9-room Residence Parco is situated in the Lugana di Sirmione district, 10 minutes' drive from Scaligero Castle. Located 10 minutes' drive from Archaeological site of Grotte di Catullo, the apartment overlooks the garden.

Guests can pay a visit to Lungolago Sirmione, which is a 16-minute walk away.

The availability of a balcony and a place for dining, equipped with a satellite television, and comforts like an air conditioner, ensures true comfort. Residence Parco is also furnished with a sofa set. Beds fitted with hypoallergenic down pillows are at guests' disposal. The bathrooms feature a bidet, a separate toilet, and a shower.
